Job Description
- Managing of front desk operations, call/request handling.
- Good knowledge and exposure of handling the reception area, guests and visitors.
- Excellent communication skills to handle reception and walk in guests.
- Efficient Telephone and Email etiquettes.
- Co-ordinate for interview
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Event Management& Client visit management.
- Coordination with the administration and other support areas.
- Coordinate and manage housekeeping activities
- Coordinating with other departments as and when required.
