Maintaining the files, records and documents as required.

Flexible, Enthusiastic and must be able to handle all day-to-day administrative work.

Organize and secure highly confidential company and employee information.

Experience with Microsoft Office( Word and Excel, Outlook).

Exceptional ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing. Ability to work on flexible schedule, when necessary.

Respond to requests for employee data; prepare Management reports as required.
