- Manage all the reception activities including handling of telephone calls, maintaining records, inward and outward courier etc.
- Coordination with Admin and HR Department
- Managing invoice and doing the follow up for payment
- Coordinate with Stakeholder for meeting schedule, travel booking
- Client coordination
- Handle Client query on call or mail
- Bill processing of vendors
