Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and transfer calls/take messages as required and forward it to the respective department
- Greet guests and receive them at reception
- Responsible for coordinating with office visitors – guests, clients and candidates
- Coordinate monthly staff meetings of Office Assistants and record the minutes
- Overlook and supervise the front office staff
- Maintain guest and visitor record
- Manage conference room booking
- Overlook the maintenance of reception area
- Assist in other duties as needed and directed
Candidate Skill Set:
- A background preferably from Hospitality Industry
- A flair to meet and interact with people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and Pleasing Personality
- A desire to excel in a competitive working environment
