Front Office Executive Job in Stoneware at Pune

Pune Based and growing aggressive attitude and well diversified into Building Material Store requires an candidates for their naryan peth store.

Basic Eligibility

• This opening is for both Male / female candidate.
  
• 12th from any stream and Perusing Graduation, freshers also apply ,
  
• No experience require ,immediate joining
  
• fluent in Marathi ,Hindi and English
  
• Should possess at least Driving Lic and if Vehicle having would be an added advantage
  

• Monday to Saturday Full Time 10.30 a.m to 7 p. m, Sunday Weekend.
  

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the Store.
  
• Making a Telecalles to clients for taking an appointment as well for payment follow ups ,Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. Provide hospitality services to venders & visitors,
  
• Record /Note all messages in absence off Colleagues  & convey their messages to respective person, and basic banking work (chque slips filling, cash slip fillings etc )
