Job Description
Who are we:
We are one of the largest provider of Teleradiology services with more than 110 Radiologists on board.
What will I be doing?
- Attending phone calls & giving appointments.
- Co-ordinating with doctors & also with diagnostics, billing & medical records.
- Co-ordinating with clients.
- Maintaining important records & documentation.
- Record keeping of daily outbound & inbound couriers
- Maintenance of daily attendance Muster
- Ensure there is proper Complaint Handling
- Helping customers to make the right choice.
- Previous experience in Hospital Domain is Preferable.
- Pleasing personality with Positive attitude.
- Good English communication skill is MUST.
- Computer knowledge is must
- Language proficiency-Marathi, Hindi, English
