12th standard or degree qualification
Completely handle customer queries over call and respond to emails on travel enquiries
Prepare and maintain regular reports on expenses such as Office Budgets, Bills and Payments
Must know how to Draft, Send emails and use Microsoft Excel, Word
Must have good Spoken and written communication skills in English. Hindi language knowledge is an added advantage
Co-ordination with internal employees - Drivers and maintain Vehicle Logs, Attendance and Cash
