- You are the first point of contact!!
- Greet guests courteously, establish reason for their visit, and direct them to appropriate departments. Co-ordinate all Front Office activities.
- Take care of all Day to day book keeping/Administrative related works like manage and maintain an inventory for office supplies.
- Assign and monitor clerical and administrative responsibilities.
- Provides general support to entire team and organize and schedule meetings and appointments as necessary.
- Maintenance/Management of Office equipment like laptop computers etc.
- Conduct pre-screening of candidates to evaluate skills, availability, compensation and understand their job preferences.
