Job Overview
We are looking for a Front Office Executive to handle customer inquiries, reservations, and front-desk operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and knowledge of travel & tourism services. This role involves greeting guests, managing bookings, coordinating with travel partners, and providing an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service & Guest Handling
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients and phone/email inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about tour packages, destinations, and services.
- Address customer concerns and ensure a positive travel experience.
2. Booking & Reservation Management
- Handle hotel, flight, and tour package reservations.
- Process payments, cancellations, and refunds.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer details.
3. Coordination & Communication
- Work with travel agencies, hotels, airlines, and transport services for seamless bookings.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating guided tours and travel itineraries.
- Communicate tour details and schedules to customers.
4. Administrative & Front Desk Operations
- Manage daily front office activities, including answering calls and emails.
- Keep the reception area organized and welcoming.
- Maintain client databases and update tourism promotions.
5. Marketing & Upselling
- Promote special travel packages, discounts, and seasonal offers.
- Suggest additional services like insurance, visa assistance, and transportation.
- Engage customers with brochures, social media updates, and travel blogs.
