Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
· Managing security and telecommunication systems
· Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
· Transferring calls as necessary
· Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in line
· Recording and maintaining office expenses
· Maintaining Company’s Extension and directory
· Preparing vouchers
· Receiving and dispatching couriers
· Handling travel arrangements
· Managing office inventory like stationary, pantry items, equipment and furniture
· Overseeing office services like cleaners, housekeeping and maintenance service providers
· Coordinating internal and external events
· Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area
Mandatory to Have:
- Upto 01 year of experience as proven working experience as Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Business
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Good telephone communication etiquette
- Multitasking and time management skills
- Active Listener
- Customer-Focused
