Job Description

Looking for highly energetic, people person, with good communication skill to handle front desk at a Kids entertainment centre.

Timing is 11am - 8pm.

Monday holiday.

Working days Tuesday to Sunday.

The main role will be to answer calls, guide walk in customers, supervise house-floor executives and handle receipts & payments.

Basic computer skill is mandatory.

Responsible for greeting the visitors at the office & welcome all visitors with smile and proper greetings and guide them properly as per their requirements.

Responsible for maintenance of important documents, files and records in an organized manner.

Responsible for keeping all the stationary items in the organization up to date and order for fresh stock.

Responsible for adhering to all the safety procedures and keeping the management informed about any kind of unsafe situation.
