JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

➢ Reception Duties: Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, answering calls, and addressing inquiries professionally.

➢ Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and handling correspondence.

➢ Office Coordination: Ensure smooth operation of day-to-day front-office activities, including managing couriers, supplies, and documentation.
