We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Office Executive to join our team and be the first point of contact for patients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and management of patient records.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information regarding hospital services.
- Coordinate with various departments for patient admission, discharge, and billing processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as managing incoming and outgoing mail, handling emails, and maintaining office supplies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in hospitality, administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in hospital front desk or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
