Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor
coordination
Maintain files, records, and office
documentation
Assist in data entry, report preparation, and
basic MIS
Support scheduling of meetings and appointments
Manage office supplies and inventory
Coordinate with internal teams and external
vendors
Assist in HR and accounts-related documentation when
required
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the
office workspace
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduation or equivalent qualification preferred
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to multitask and work independently
