Responsibilities include welcoming guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures, managing reservations, and addressing guest queries efficiently. The candidate should be comfortable working in rotational shifts and must demonstrate flexibility, professionalism, and a positive attitude at all times.
Knowledge of WINHMS or similar hotel management software will be considered a strong advantage. Basic computer proficiency and fluency in English are required.
