Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- To attend all incoming calls immediately as per the standards.
- To ensure helpfulness to any caller requiring attention
- To provide special attention to callers on ‘hold’.
- To use the guest’s name for all in-house calls.
- To handle trunk calls and overseas calls
- To handle wake calls and ensure timely service as per the standards.
- To follow all operational procedures within the department.
- To ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment installed
- To remain constantly updated with information so as to be able to provide maximum assistance to the guest
- To maintain accurate time records for all trunk calls
- To attend to all telephonic complaints in time
- To keep the area of work clean at all times
- To assist in providing proper information necessary to make various periodic statements and to assist actually in making the statements
- To operate various systems/ equipment located in the exchange
- To handle all guests without bias or prejudice
