Dr. Muthu's Skin and Cosmetology is seeking a front office manager with excellent PR and communication skills.
You will be in charge of maintaining professional environment and friendly assertive approach to the clients in the clinic premises.
You will act as the Face of the company , ensure that clients receive a heart warming welcome, proper information for their queries ,be handled and guided well during their presence in the clinic.
You will also coordinate all the front desk activities including calls, Reserving appointments, Guest services, data entry, accounts, order, deliver, maintaining vouchers and handle petty cash.
An ideal candidate should be well groomed,punctual, sincere, smart, efficient in troubleshooting,posses good administrative skills, makes work and work environment enjoyable for her and her team.
