Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Front Office Manager to join our team and help ensure the smooth operation of our clinic.
Job Description: As a Front Office Manager, you will be the face of our clinic, responsible for managing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring excellent patient service, and overseeing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients as they enter the clinic
- Manage patient appointments, schedules, and follow-ups
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services
- Coordinate billing and insurance claims
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Manage inventory of office supplies and ensure cleanliness of the reception area
- Handle patient complaints and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office management are a plus
