Job Description
- Handle and answer calls and directing the calls to the relevant department/division
- Cash collection from patient and submission
- Manage walk in patients, report delivery
- Answering queries of direct patient
- Record Keeping of Home Visit / Hospital Visit and Communicate the same to Visitors (Phlebo)
- Report Inform to the patients / clients
- Do test entry in lab. software as per laboratory protocol and fill up the necessary form / consent
- form as per laboratory protocol and as per NABL compliances
