Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Take and relay messages;
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations;
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary;
- Inform guests about the availability of tables and direct them to the tables;
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities;
- Schedule meetings;
- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges;
- Keep updated records and files;
- If any Interview Appointment given, co ordinate with Admin team;
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc;
- Respond to clients complaints in a timely and professional manner;
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival;
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data;
- Hand out employee applications;
- Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests.
