Manage Phone calls
- Handling and responding to calls.
- Handle Mail and correspondence
- Routing of customer calls to concerned person.
Visitors Management
- Managing visitors with good hospitality
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Conference Room booking
- Manage conference room booking records.
Courier Management
- Coordinating with courier services. Sending couriers and maintaining the registers accordingly.
- Maintain proper Inward and outward registers.
Travel coordination
- Coordination with staff at office and on-site for travel arrangements.
- Coordinating for Ticket bookings.
- Booking tickets as per the requisition and after respective approvals.
Attendance Management
- Maintaining Employee attendance on daily basis.
