Job Description
1) Greeting all clients/ visitors courteously and directing them to the right meeting room/ professional as required.
2) Coordinating the appointments and meeting of the clients, Vendors with the respective stakeholders of the organization.
3) Assist in preparing, scheduling, and organizing meetings, events and appointments.
4) Answer, screen and handling incoming & outgoing phone calls.
5) Handling incoming and outgoing records of courier to be registered and handed over to the concerned person.
6) Prepare letters and other documents as required.
7) All miscellaneous back-office operations
