Job Description
- Greet and assist visitors and clients.
- Answer and forward phone calls.
- Manage appointments and maintain front desk records.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mails and courier.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
- Support basic admin and clerical tasks.
Good communication skills in English & Malayalam
Basic computer knowledge preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Reception and Guest Handling:

Greet and welcome visitors with a warm, courteous attitude.

Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.

Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per security protocol.

Handle incoming calls professionally and route them appropriately.

Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery.
Front Desk Management:
-
Keep the front desk area neat, organized, and presentable at all times.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages.
-
Maintain supplies such as brochures, forms, and marketing materials at the reception area.

Monitor and manage the reception calendar and meeting room bookings.
Administrative Support:

Assist with data entry, photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical tasks.

Help schedule appointments and meetings for staff as required.

Support HR/admin team with onboarding tasks, event coordination, and internal communication.

Maintain contact lists, directories, and office extension information.
Customer Service and Coordination:
-
Handle client inquiries and ensure they are addressed or directed properly.

Coordinate with housekeeping and facilities to ensure a tidy and welcoming environment.

Assist with hospitality arrangements for meetings or guests, such as tea/coffee.
Required Skills and Competencies:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Good command over the English language (knowledge of local language is a plus)
