Job Description

Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing fabrics.

Coordinate and prepare fabrics for delivery based on customer orders.

Ensure timely dispatch of cleaned, ironed, or dry-cleaned fabrics to clients.

Track dispatch status and report any delays or issues.

Conduct thorough inspections of ironed fabrics for wrinkles, stains, or any defects.

Ensure fabrics meet the highest quality standards before dispatch.

Return any substandard work for re-ironing or cleaning.

Address customer queries related to fabric stock, dispatch timelines, and quality control.

Provide updates to clients regarding the status of their orders.
