Job Description

Maintaining a clean and attractive entry space with the necessary materials
Greeting and welcoming visitors and answering their queries and grievances
Answering, redirecting, and taking messages for incoming calls
Organizing and maintaining files, records, documents, and spreadsheets
Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events
Overseeing sorting and distribution of incoming mail
Copying, scanning, and filing documents
Reporting to management and performing administrative duties
Listen and respond to guest queries and requests both in-person and by phone
Provide accurate information about local attractions and services
Review accounts and charges with guests during the check-out process
Inform housekeeping when rooms have been vacated and are ready for cleaning
