About the Role

We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist who is friendly, organized, and customer-focused. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, you will play a key role in providing a positive and professional experience. Your responsibilities will include managing the front desk, greeting visitors, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing general administrative duties to support office operations.

This is an ideal position for someone with excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Handling Front Office & Front Office Activities.

Handling MIS work of company Employee.

Handling Office attendances.

Handling Admin activities of Floor.

Assist to Company Director.


Office Timing is 8.30 am to 6.30 pm.

Monday to Saturday Working.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications in office administration or hospitality is a plus).

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar customer service role.

  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as being a team player.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).

  • Polite and professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
