Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: â— Software Development: Design, code, test, and debug applications using Node.js,React.js, and modern fullstack frameworks.● Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with cross-functional teams,including product managers, designers, and engineers, to deliver high-qualitysolutions.● Code Review & Quality Assurance: Review peers’ code, provide constructivefeedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.● Technical Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for softwaresystems, APIs, and libraries.● Troubleshooting & Bug Fixing: Investigate and resolve defects and performanceissues in a timely manner.● Innovation & Continuous Learning: Stay updated with emerging technologies andexplore opportunities for innovation in the insurtech space. Qualifications: â— Education: B.Tech in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.● Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in software development.● Technical Skills:○ Strong expertise in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.○ Experience with React.js (or similar frontend frameworks).○ Knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.○ Proficiency in MongoDB (preferred database).○ Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile methodologies.● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.● Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
