Key Points:

As a Full Stack Developer, you have to work in front end as well as the back end of applications.
You should be well versed with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
For server-side we will need you to do coding mostly in PHP.
You may sometime have to work on PHP frameworks/CMS like CodeIgniter, WordPress etc. Knowledge of these is preferable but not mandatory.
Degrees don't matter much but B. Tech, B.E., or MCA degree holders will be prioritized during the interview.
You must be able to handle projects independently under minimal or small guidance.
Willing to learn new technologies or libraries.
Speaking of English language should be conversational so you can manage and communicate clients by yourself via email, chat or Skype calls.
