We are looking for a skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, capable of building scalable, efficient, and user-friendly web applications. This role requires someone who can work independently as well as collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Application Development

Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend components of web applications.

Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.

Ensure applications are responsive, cross-browser compatible, and optimized for performance.

Frontend Development

Build user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Implement reusable components and UI features for better scalability.

Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into interactive web pages.

Backend Development
-
Develop APIs and business logic using Node.js, Python, PHP (Laravel), Java, or other backend technologies.

Manage server-side logic, authentication, and database integrations.

Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.

Database Management
-
Design and manage SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Write optimized queries for efficient data retrieval and storage.

Maintain database integrity, security, and performance.

DevOps & Deployment
-
Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or dedicated servers.

Work with CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.

Monitor applications and troubleshoot performance issues.

Collaboration & Documentation

Work with cross-functional teams including designers, testers, and product managers.

Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development processes.

Document code, architecture, and technical workflows.

Skills & Competencies Required

Strong proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React/Angular/Vue.

Solid knowledge of backend development with Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), PHP (Laravel), or Java (Spring Boot).

Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

Database expertise in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase).

Familiarity with Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket for version control.

Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud hosting platforms is a plus.

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Experience: 6–2 years
