Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack + Next.js) to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining modern web applications while ensuring a seamless user experience and robust backend performance.

Role Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Next.js.
Build and optimize RESTful APIs & GraphQL services for high performance and scalability.
Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to create a smooth, scalable, and responsive UI/UX.
Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) in Next.js for better performance.
Integrate third-party APIs and develop automation workflows.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Optimize applications for speed, security, and scalability.
Stay updated with modern web development best practices.

Role Requirements

2-3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Must-have: Strong proficiency in Next.js along with MongoDB, Express.js, and React.js.
Experience with JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (preferred).
Strong understanding of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
Hands-on experience with API integrations and automation workflows.
Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Firebase, or Azure.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
