Job Description
Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with expertise in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while working closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and DevOps engineers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about building robust, efficient, and user-friendly applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Application Development

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full-stack applications.

Build RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints using Python frameworks like Django or FastAPI.

Develop dynamic, responsive, and high-performing front-end interfaces using React with JavaScript/TypeScript.

Implement efficient data models, queries, and stored procedures in PostgreSQL.
2. System Architecture & Scalability

Collaborate with the product and design teams to define architecture and technical requirements.

Ensure applications are highly available, secure, and optimized for performance.

Design and manage microservices and containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
3. Code Quality & Best Practices

Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following industry best practices.

Perform code reviews, troubleshoot bugs, and resolve performance bottlenecks.

Ensure adherence to version control, CI/CD pipelines, and testing standards.
4. Database Management

Design and manage PostgreSQL schemas, indexing, and query optimization.

Work with ORMs such as SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.

Ensure data integrity, security, and backup strategies are implemented.
5. Testing, Deployment & Maintenance

Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software reliability.

Deploy applications on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Monitor application performance, diagnose issues, and optimize solutions.
Technical Skills Required
