We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team and help us build the next generation of CRM software.
**Job Description:**We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join Light X. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with our product, design, and marketing teams to develop innovative features and enhance our CRM platform.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Design and implement front-end interfaces with a focus on user experience and performance.- Build and maintain robust, scalable back-end services and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Full stack Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, Ruby on Rails, Django, or similar.
- Experience with database management systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with mobile development (iOS/Android) is a plus.
- Previous experience in the CRM domain is highly desirable.
