Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications and APIs. As a Full Stack Developer, you should have a strong command of both front-end and back-end technologies, be well-versed in modern frameworks, and be able to take a project from concept to deployment.
You will collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to build robust, user-friendly, and innovative software solutions that meet business needs. A strong passion for problem-solving, learning, and clean code is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Front-End Development

Design and develop user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Convert UI/UX wireframes and prototypes into responsive, interactive web pages.

Optimize front-end performance for speed and scalability across different devices and browsers.

Ensure accessibility standards, mobile responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
Back-End Development

Develop and maintain server-side logic using technologies like Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, or PHP.

Design RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications.

Work with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.

Implement authentication, authorization, and data security best practices.
Database Design and Management

Design and optimize databases, write efficient queries, and manage schema migrations.

Ensure data integrity, backups, and performance tuning as needed.

Manage data access layers and interact with external services and APIs.
DevOps and Deployment

Deploy and monitor applications using CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.

Manage cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Configure web servers (e.g., Nginx, Apache) and containerization tools like Docker.

Set up automated testing and code quality checks to maintain robust delivery pipelines.
Testing and Debugging

Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools like Jest, Mocha, Cypress, or Selenium.

Debug application issues, monitor performance, and provide long-term solutions.

Collaborate in code reviews, contribute to team discussions, and maintain coding standards.
Collaboration and Documentation

Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Work closely with product managers and designers to define project scope and deliverables.

Write and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, API docs, and deployment guides.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
