Job Description

The Full Stack Developer is responsible for handling both the front end and back end of the app and the website. Handle all queries on databases, build interfaces, and keep the app and the website fully functional at all times. While coordinating with the Product Lead and Design Team for all UI and UX improvements, changes and bug removals, enhancing performance across the board and ensuring the safety and integrity of the app.
The Developer should also be in line with the marketing and sales team, to help understand the product delivery and installation at client end. Detailed responsibilities are as follows.

Responsibilities And Duties

Responsible for managing/maintaining the app and website across all devices and platforms
Designing and developing user interactions for both web pages and mobile Apps
Developing back-end website application and providing support for the same
Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones
Ensuring responsiveness of applications across all platform and devices
Designing and developing APIs for all platforms and devices
Responsible for third party integrations and creation of APIs for the mobile development
Regular maintenance of all the platform to ensure glitches don't come up
Identify and troubleshoot complex solutions and provide optimal solution for the same
Identify areas of improvement in all over the code and framework
We expect the developer to be top notch with their skills and coding knowledge.
He/she should be able to think outside the box and come with innovative solutions that instills efficiency effectively.

Skills

Web fundamentals: HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Back-end programming languages: PHP, Node.js, Express.js.
Advanced JavaScript and their libraries and frameworks, ReactJS.
Database technologies, MySQL,MongoDB
Libraries like jQuery, Bootstrap
Knowledge of code versioning tools (Git).
Expertise in Languages such as Java, Swift, node.js and angular frame
Excellent knowledge and understanding of API design and development.
Architecture of the web application and its design.
Manage and develop perfect pixel UI
Development experience for both mobile and desktop.
Preferably experience of building and scaling an app to 1 Million+ Users
Should be self driven and team oriented while challenging themselves to overcome complex problems
Good creative thinking, be it brainstorming for solutions or finding innovative ways to optimize performance
Take responsibility and point for all development related queries independently
Ability to work and thrive within a fast paced, culturally diverse and hands-on environment
Candidates based out of Mumbai would be preferred.
