Title: Full Stack Developer - React.js and Node.js
Location: Remote / Work from Anywhere
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who can build, optimise, and maintain scalable web applications. You’ll work closely with our product and design teams to deliver features end-to-end, from concept to deployment, ensuring performance, reliability, and great user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React.js (frontend) and Node.js/Express (backend)
- Build and consume RESTful APIs & integrate third-party services
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to implement user-facing features
- Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
- Proficient in React.js, Node.js, Express, MongoDB (MERN Stack)
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with TypeScript
- Familiarity with Next.js or similar frameworks
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
