Your Role and Responsibilities
Technical Specialists in this Job Role have expertise in translating IT requirements in the design, development, and assembly of components to create custom information systems. Typical examples of the deliverables are functional and technical designs, models, components, code, unit tests, and documentation.
This role is responsible for supporting the development and use of automation across the GTS Infrastructure Services delivery organization. Responsibilities include evaluation of automation opportunities for a given client, creation and deployment of automation workflow, and ongoing monitoring of automation effectiveness for continual.
Responsibilities
Full stack Developers should be able to develop both client and server software. In addition to mastering HTML and CSS, should be hands on with JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, and at server end using PHP, ASP, Python, or Node.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Design robust, scalable, and secure features
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Follow best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring, and code standards)
• Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into design
• Should be able to lead a team, plan work, deliver on time and clean code

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 8+ years’ experience in IT Industry
• Proven work experience as a Ruby on Rails developer
• Proven work experience in software development
• Experience developing highly interactive applications
• A firm grasp of object-oriented analysis and design
• Passion for writing great, simple, clean, efficient code
  Good knowledge of relational databases
• Knowledge of J2EE & Java and scripting
• Design Technical Solutions- Resiliency Services
• Knowledge of Agile Principles and J2EE & Java
• Knowledge of Scripting and Design Technical Solutions- Resiliency Services
• Use Docker and Knowledge of Infrastructure Automation

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Knowledge of Docker container tool and AWS (IAM, S3) cloud platform
• EC2 instances for testing code on AWS platform
• Knowledge of Agile Principles
• Apply Knowledge of Infrastructure Automation and IT Operations Data
