Full Stack Development Trainer
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Full Stack Development Trainer to train, mentor, and support students and professionals in mastering modern web development technologies. The ideal candidate will also be involved in student sourcing, conducting college workshops/seminars, curriculum development, and placement support activities.
Key Responsibilities-
Conduct instructor-led training (online or in-person) in full stack development, covering both front-end and back-end technologies.

Use practical, hands-on approaches to teach programming languages, frameworks, and tools such as:

Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Angular, Bootstrap

Back-end: Node.js, Express.js, Python, Java, .NET, or PHP

Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Firebase

DevOps Tools: Git, GitHub, Docker, CI/CD (optional)

Facilitate coding labs, assignments, capstone projects, and code reviews.
2. Curriculum and Content Development

Collaborate with the curriculum development team to design and update course content, learning objectives, slides, assignments, and assessments.

Ensure all material reflects current industry trends, best practices, and employer expectations.

Customize content for different audiences (e.g., beginners, intermediates, corporate teams).
3. Learner Mentorship and Support

Provide one-on-one or group mentoring to students on projects, problem-solving techniques, and coding best practices.

Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback through code reviews, evaluations, and assessments.

Address questions and challenges with empathy and clarity.
4. Project Evaluation and Assessment

Evaluate student capstone projects and real-world applications to assess skill mastery.

Design quizzes, coding challenges, and practical assessments to measure learning outcomes.

Identify gaps in student understanding and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
5. Collaboration and Reporting

Coordinate with academic coordinators, technical teams, and career counselors to align training efforts with placement support.

Submit regular reports on class attendance, performance metrics, and learner satisfaction.

Participate in regular team meetings, training workshops, and faculty development sessions.
6. Continuous Learning and Improvement

Stay updated with the latest programming languages, frameworks, and technology stacks.

Attend industry conferences, webinars, or online courses to maintain technical proficiency.

Share insights with the team to improve teaching methods and training outcomes.
