- Education equivalent to a Bachelor's degree/Master’s in Computer Science or related from a top tier college.
- 2+ years of coding experience
- Strong technical aptitude to quickly learn and become a power user of the Naehas platform
- Ability to manage multiple priorities as well as flexibility to adapt to change with new systems and methods while working in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey strategies and complex information effectively within all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated leadership ability to effectively work with cross functional teams
- Ability to function in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrates a consultative nature and inclusive approach while being highly solution-oriented
- Demonstrates outgoing and proactive interpersonal style, while requiring minimum direction
- Self-starter who exhibits initiative and internal motivation to achieve goals, including those beyond standard expectations
- Must be able to work independently, think before acting and make sound judgments
- Handles all situations (e.g., time pressure, deadlines, task difficulty, etc.) with dignity and poise
- Achieve tasks and objectives through concern for all areas involved, no matter how small

- Hands-on experience in design and defining architecture of complex web-based applications.
- 2+ years of coding experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate as primary & exposure to front end frameworks especially AngularJS/Angular/React.js
- Experience on web application & RESTful web service development.
- Hands on UI experience in HTML, JS, CSS, Bootstrap, AngularJS, Angular > = 5, React, JQuery
- Experience with injection frameworks like Spring(preferred) or other frameworks available
- Should have a knowledge of databases for backend support like SQL, MySQL
- Job involves 80-90% hands-on coding.
- Experience with Java stack and build tools like Maven/Gradle.
- An understanding of CI/CD Jenkins, GIT, SVN, Maven etc
- Knowledge of Cloud deployment AWS and Docker understanding will be an added advantage.
