Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Leadership

Lead and mentor a team of front-end and back-end developers across multiple projects.

Set coding standards, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices for clean, efficient, and secure code.

Make strategic decisions about architecture and technical approaches, ensuring long-term scalability and maintainability.

Guide the team through complex problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning.
2. Full Stack Development

Design and develop end-to-end features across the full technology stack (front-end, back-end, APIs, and databases).

Write high-quality, reusable, and testable code using modern programming languages and frameworks.

Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs, integrate third-party services, and work with both relational and NoSQL databases.

Ensure seamless integration between front-end interfaces and back-end systems.
3. Project & Team Management

Collaborate with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Plan sprints, allocate tasks, and manage workloads to ensure on-time delivery of projects.

Act as a point of contact for cross-functional coordination between design, QA, and DevOps teams.

Track project progress, provide status updates to stakeholders, and address risks proactively.
4. DevOps & CI/CD

Work closely with DevOps to define deployment strategies and manage cloud infrastructure.

Maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline testing, builds, and deployments.

Monitor system performance and implement logging, error tracking, and alerting systems to ensure reliability and uptime.
5. Innovation & Improvement

Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and trends to continuously improve the development process and tech stack.

Drive automation, optimization, and modernization of legacy systems where applicable.

Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the development team.
