Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Front-End Development:

Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across different devices.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design wireframes and mockups into functional, interactive web pages.

Optimize front-end performance for speed, accessibility, and search engine ranking.
2. Back-End Development:

Design and build robust server-side logic using languages like Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, or .NET.

Develop and maintain APIs (RESTful or GraphQL) to facilitate communication between front-end and back-end systems.

Implement authentication, authorization, and data validation mechanisms to ensure security and data integrity.

Manage integration with third-party services, payment gateways, and external APIs.
3. Database Design and Management:

Design, create, and maintain relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

Write efficient queries and optimize database performance for fast data retrieval and manipulation.

Ensure data security, backup, and recovery mechanisms are in place.
4. Application Architecture and Development:

Plan and implement scalable software architecture that supports business requirements and future growth.

Develop reusable components and libraries for consistent application functionality.

Participate in code reviews to maintain quality and enforce coding standards.
5. Testing and Debugging:

Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using frameworks like Jest, Mocha, Selenium, or Cypress.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks.

Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure application stability and functionality.
6. Deployment and Maintenance:

Manage deployment pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.

Deploy applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or using containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.

Monitor application health and perform regular updates, patches, and optimizations.

Document development processes, configurations, and technical specifications.
7. Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product owners, and other developers to deliver projects on time.

Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when needed.
