Full-Time Apprentice Tutor
Job Description
Eligibility Criteria
-
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Interior Design / Architecture / Interior Architecture from a recognized university.

Passion for teaching and guiding design students.
-
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
-
Basic knowledge of construction, materials, and design principles.
-
Familiarity with software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or D5 Render is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Academic Support & Teaching Assistance:
-
Assist senior faculty in preparing course materials, lesson plans, and assignments.

Help conduct practical classes, design studio sessions, and presentations.

Clarify student doubts and provide one-on-one guidance under the supervision of a mentor.
2. Student Mentoring & Evaluation:
-
Support students in their academic and project-related work.
-
Review assignments and provide constructive feedback based on predefined guidelines.
-
Encourage student creativity, critical thinking, and conceptual clarity.
3. Curriculum & Administrative Coordination:
-
Assist in organizing classroom activities, guest lectures, and workshops.

Maintain attendance records, student files, and academic documentation.
-
Coordinate project submissions and help prepare internal assessment data.
4. Learning & Development:
-
Stay updated on current trends and tools in interior design.

Attend internal faculty development programs and training sessions.

Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to academic planning.
5. Software & Design Tools:

Support students in learning and using design software such as:
-
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar.

Assist in basic technical demonstrations and project mock-ups.
