Job position : Full time Retail / Counter Sales Job

Job Location: Gariahat Road, Kolkata West Bengal

Job Role

Take care of sales.

Up selling and cross selling of products.

Assist customers in selecting products.

Provide excellent customer service.

Handle transactions, stock shelves.

Maintain a clear retail space.

Eligibility

The Candidate should be 12th pass and above.

Basic Computer Knowledge.

Should Be presentable.

Proper Communication Skill.

Should know the Saree folding skill .

Should know Saree Draping skill.

Job Timing- 10:30 Am- 8:30 Pm.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Sales

Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Handle billing, payments, and sales transactions efficiently.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

2. Store Operations & Inventory Management

Ensure products are properly displayed and stocked on shelves.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, reporting stock shortages.
Assist in stock counting and replenishment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store/counter area.

3. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain relationships with repeat customers.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and new arrivals.

4. Reporting & Coordination

Maintain daily sales records and reports.
Coordinate with store managers and other sales team members.
Assist in executing promotional activities.
