- 1+ years of programming/software development experience.
- Need to be working independently and have excellent communication skills.
- Have good customer engagement including ideation and design thinking.
- Expertise in Web development using JavaScript/jQuery, CSS3, front-end JS Frameworks and HTML5
- Full-stack design/development experience (The person must be senior level to one of the presented frameworks and have good knowledge about the others.)
- NodeJS, HTML 5, JavaScript, React.js /AngularJS.
- Comfortable working with Git/SVN and Agile environmen
- Relational database design and access.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Strong people skills (very good communication skills, capacity to evaluate and guide people in their career and professional evolution)
