Job Description:
- Full stack developer using angular.js & node.js
- Implement the web interfaces using XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Execute full lifecycle software development
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code
- Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
- Writing reusable, testable code for android based applications
- Designing tables for NoSQL Databases and key value stores.
- Experienced in building real time applications with WebRTC is a plus
- AWS Deployment is good to have Required Skills : - Basic understanding of front-end | back end technologies
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application Preferred Skills
Job Location: Hyderabad
Date of Joining: Immediate
Salary: INR 3,60,000 Per Annum.

On one side, companies expect temp resources to be readily available. They expect them to hire & fire anytime. However, the realities are very different from what we believe. Staffing firms like Quess & Teamlease take huge time to hire temp staff, and most of the time their fill ratio are less than 50%. Staffing is mostly limited to labor compliance & HR outsourcing.
This is where on-demand-staffing platforms come handy. We allow you to hire just-in-time, on short-term basis. We will give you a roaster to fill. Just tell us how many people you need on which day, and we will ensure you get those people working for you.
Another biggest challenge in having this kind of platform is the workforce productivity. How would you ensure a giger coming on temp basis would be productive. This has been a huge problem in staffing business. No staffing company has solved this effectively, neither they have their focus in this direction.
