Job Description

1. Responsible for Design, Development and Delivery of Software Products

2. Quality & Timely delivery of projects / Products to Clients with their satisfactory level min 8/10

3. Managing Project Managers, giving directions and track compliance for quality and timely delivery

4. Discuss with Sales / Inside Sales / Marketing Team / Senior Stake Holders to derive Product Road map.

5. Responsible for Hiring / Firing of technology team

6. Strong knowledge on Cloud, SAAS and enterprise products like ERP, CRM, DMS, Asset Management etc.

7. Process Adherence for Development, Customer Delivery and Support

8. Ensure 100% adherence to SLA of deliveries with quality

9. Weekly Reporting to Senior Management

10. Executive Presence and ability maintain calm demeanor in high stress environments

11. Should prepared to work smart and when required hard to achieve shared vision
12. Travel & time should not be constraint
