Job Description
Key Responsibilities
A. Corporate Fundraising & CSR Engagement

Visit companies and present the NGO’s vision, mission, and programs.

Identify potential CSR funding opportunities and submit proposals to companies.

Build and maintain relationships with corporate CSR teams and philanthropic organizations.
B. Donation Collection & Public Engagement

Collect donations from individual donors, corporates, and institutions.

Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and events to engage supporters.

Maintain records of donors, donations, and communication history.
C. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations for potential donors.

Track and report fundraising progress, donations received, and pending contributions.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for donations and CSR contributions.
D. Community Outreach & Networking

Represent the NGO at events, meetings, and conferences to create visibility.

Engage with community leaders, stakeholders, and supporters to expand the NGO’s donor base.

Follow up with existing donors and corporate partners to maintain long-term relationships.
Required Skills & Competencies
A. Technical & Fundraising Skills

Knowledge of CSR policies, donation procedures, and NGO compliance.

Ability to prepare fundraising proposals, presentations, and reports.
