Job Description
Job Title: Fundraiser
Working Hours: Mon to Friday
Salary: Highly Competitive+ Weekly performance incentives
Reports to: Fundraising Regional Manager
Location: Bangalore
As a fundraiser with Home India, you will have the opportunity to work with charities and make a difference towards causes on a national scale. Key responsibilities:
· Engage and create awareness about the charity you are representing with members of the public
· To professionally represent the charity
· Achieve agreed upon performance targets
· Face To Face Donor Recruitment
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree graduate preferred
· Fresher’s are welcome
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation:
· Fixed monthly salary : (Rs 2,60,000 –Rs 3,20,000 PA), based on experience and designation
· Weekly performance bonus
· Monthly and quarterly recognition
