Job Description
Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Fundraising Intern located in Delhi, India. The Fundraising Intern will be responsible for working with major donors, communicating the foundation's mission, engaging in philanthropic activities, managing charities, and overseeing annual giving.

Qualifications:
Experience with Major Donors and Philanthropy

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Fundraising, or related field
Previous experience in fundraising or nonprofit sector preferred
Key Responsibilities
1. Fundraising Campaigns & Donor Outreach

Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns (online and offline).

Research and reach out to potential donors, sponsors, and corporate partners.

Maintain donor databases and follow up on donor communications.
2. Grant Writing & Proposal Development
-
Assist in writing grant applications and funding proposals.

Research grant opportunities from foundations, government agencies, and CSR programs.

Prepare impact reports and presentations for potential donors.
3. Social Media & Marketing Support
-
Help create fundraising content for social media, email campaigns, and newsletters.

Engage with supporters through digital campaigns and storytelling initiatives.

Promote fundraising events and manage crowdfunding platforms.
4. Event Coordination
-
Assist in organizing fundraising events, charity drives, and donor meetings.

Coordinate with volunteers, vendors, and sponsors for event logistics.

Ensure smooth execution of fundraising activities.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting
-
Track and analyze fundraising performance metrics.

Generate reports on donor engagement and campaign effectiveness.
-
Suggest improvements to enhance fundraising efforts.
