About CASPR India
CASPR India is a Section 8, not-for-profit company registered under the Indian Companies Act. It is an independent institution that, through its various initiatives, aims to contribute to effective policy formulation, execution, and sustainability. We work as a critical think tank and involve ourselves in promoting interdisciplinary research, predominantly in the areas viz. economic & social policy, governance, law, state, history, anthropology, media studies, political science, international relations, etc. CASPR works as a catalyst to connect the research and allied activities to the policymaking process. Though the trust/organization is a research center at the core, it could also embark on its courses/programs soon.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Developing proposals for fundraising
2. Formulating strategy development for the existing market
3. Building contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
4. Keeping the prospective client database updated
5. Supporting in writing new business proposals
6. Maintaining knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
7. Arranging meetings for senior management with prospective clients
8. Following company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of tenders, etc.
9. Communicating with the upper management to develop strategic operations goals
10. Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives
11. Creating and managing the organization's fiscal operating and capital budget & expenses
12. Monitoring operational performance of both internal and external service providers
13. Assisting in creating content and ensuring effective operations of the e-platforms and other communication/information platforms/mediums of the company by means of necessary coordination

Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 16th Jun'21 and 21st Jul'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from Pune and neighboring cities

Perks
Additional Information
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 4 to 6 Lac/annum
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of funds raised).
