About Muskurahat Foundation
Muskurahat Foundation is a non-profit organization consisting of devoted individuals who strive to spread smiles and aim to bring about the change that everybody only talks about. Our blooming founder, Mr. Himanshu Goenka, only at a sheer age of 16, thought that it is time to do his bit for the society and thus, laid the foundation for Muskurahat on 10th June 2014 and since then, we are spreading numerous smiles with a team of 100 volunteers. Muskurahat is an initiative to touch every sphere of society including underprivileged children looked down upon due to poverty, women, and their environment. We struggle every day to make the world a better and happy place to live in.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Hiring fundraising interns through job and other online platforms
2. Communicating the internship to them and taking them on board and issuing offer letters
3. Explaining the work profile, the tech platform and making sure the selected interns create their campaigns
4. Working on continuous reinforcement, motivation and mentoring of the interns throughout the month
5. Monitoring continuously for funds raised and the performance of the interns
6. Resolving technical issues doubts of the interns and managing conflict if any Working on internship dissolution process
7. Issuing certificates and LOR to the interns
8. Coordinating with the finance team for stipend disbursement end-to-end
9. Handling day-to-day management of funding agencies
10. Handling donor deliverables including issuing receipts, accountability disclosure, etc.
11. Exploring other sustainable sources of fundraising
12. Researching and developing a strong process to achieve a scalable funding model

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 14th Aug'20 and 18th Sep'20
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from Mumbai and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements
1. Experience in fundraising would be preferred
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
3. Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
4. Fluency in English/Excel
5. Experience of the above in the context of promoting a social cause, would be an advantage
6. Ability to meet deadlines and effectively prioritize tasks under time constraints
